Terms of Service
Last updated: April 27, 2026
Introduction
Welcome to farmhouse77.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site. By browsing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We have written these Terms in plain English wherever possible. Where lawyer language is required to protect both of us, we have done our best to keep it short.
About us
The Site is operated by Farmhouse77 Custom Woodworks, a Texas limited liability company ("Farmhouse77," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a custom cabinetry studio that designs, builds, and installs bespoke cabinetry, built-ins, and architectural woodwork for clients in the Greater Austin area.
Our shop is based at 4701 Priem Lane, #5J, Pflugerville, TX 78660. You can reach us at alvin@farmhouse77.com or (512) 961-1489.
Service inquiries
The Site lets you tell us about a potential project. Submitting an inquiry — whether through the contact form, email, or phone — is the start of a conversation, not a contract. It does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to anything.
Project work begins only after a separate, signed project agreement that spells out scope, drawings, materials, schedule, payment terms, warranties, and the other particulars of your project. Until that agreement is signed, nothing on the Site, in an inquiry response, or in a preliminary conversation should be treated as an offer or commitment to perform work.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — photography, project descriptions, drawings, copy, illustrations, branding, code, and overall design — is the property of Farmhouse77 Custom Woodworks or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws.
You may:
- View and read the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Share links to pages on the Site
- Quote short excerpts with clear attribution to Farmhouse77
You may not, without our written permission:
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content in whole or in significant part
- Use any photography, copy, or design from the Site for commercial purposes
- Frame, scrape, or systematically archive the Site
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
Photographs of our work are particularly important to us — they represent real client homes, and we treat them carefully.
User submissions
When you submit information through the contact form (or any other channel on the Site), you grant us permission to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, scheduling consultations, and discussing your project. This is covered in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to ignore or discard submissions that fall into those categories.
Photography of completed projects
When we complete a project, we typically photograph the finished installation so we can document our work and share it in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials. We treat client homes with respect: faces are not shown, identifying details are limited unless you say otherwise, and you have the opportunity to review what we publish.
The specific permissions for photography — including any timing, exclusions, or non-disclosure preferences — are documented in your signed project agreement, not on this page. If your agreement does not address photography, we treat the default as "ask first."
No warranties (site)
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep it accurate, current, and useful, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
Warranties on the cabinetry and woodwork we build for you are entirely separate from the Site and are governed by your signed project agreement. Nothing on this page modifies, limits, or replaces those service warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farmhouse77 Custom Woodworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability arising from the cabinetry, installation, or other services we actually perform for you is governed by your project agreement, which sets out remedies, warranty terms, and limits of liability for that work. This section addresses only liability connected to use of the Site itself.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Site evolves or as our practices change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may be highlighted more prominently. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
