The Farmhouse77 Difference

How we approach every project — from first sketch to final reveal.

Most custom home projects suffer from poor communication and cookie-cutter solutions. Farmhouse77 changes that.

We are an artisan cabinetry shop serving the Greater Austin area. We design and build bespoke kitchens, built-ins, media walls, vanities, and custom woodwork — tailored to the home, the homeowner, and the way the room is actually lived in. Below is how we think about every project we take on.

Bring Your Exact Vision to Life

We collaborate with you from concept to installation — drawings, materials, finishes — until every detail matches your imagination perfectly.

The first conversation matters more than the first drawing. We sit with you — in your kitchen, beside the wall the built-in will live on, in front of the fireplace that's never quite worked — and we listen. From there, every sketch, every elevation, every finish sample is a conversation, not a presentation. We refine until the design on paper matches the picture in your head, and only then do we start building. That's what bespoke actually means.

Flawless Artisan Craftsmanship

Over two decades of meticulous joinery, finishing, and fitting. Every joint, every detail, executed to perfection.

Two decades of cabinetry teaches you what shortcuts cost. So we don't take them. Joints are cut, fit, and glued the way the material wants to be joined. Doors are flat, drawers are square, reveals are even, and finishes are sprayed in a clean, dust-controlled environment. The pieces we deliver are the kind of work an experienced eye can pick out across a room — and the kind of work that still looks right twenty years from now.

Premium Materials for Lasting Luxury

Solid wood doors. Stain-grade 3/4" plywood. Premium soft-close hardware. Beauty that endures — quietly.

Premium materials are the quiet half of luxury. Solid hardwood doors and face frames. Stain-grade three-quarter-inch plywood boxes. Blum and Salice soft-close hardware. Stone, metal, and glass selected with the same care as the wood. We don't substitute, we don't value-engineer the part of the job no one sees, and we don't apologize for what it costs to do it right. The result is cabinetry that wears in instead of wearing out.

Seamless, Professional Execution

Punctual, communicative, and respectful of your home. From the first consultation to the final reveal — no traditional contractor stress.

A custom project should not be a stressful project. We show up when we say we will, communicate in writing, protect your floors and your finishes, and leave the site cleaner than we found it. Decisions are tracked, change orders are clear, and the install crew is the same team that built the work. From the first consultation to the final reveal, the experience is as considered as the cabinetry.

The whole process is clear, communicative, and designed to feel completely seamless.

Is there a fee for the consultation?

Yes, there is a $200 consultation assessment. This allows us to dedicate the time and expertise needed to genuinely understand your space, your preferences, and your vision before recommending a plan. If you move forward with Farmhouse77, the $200 is credited in full toward your project.

What types of projects do you specialize in?

We specialize in custom kitchen cabinetry, bespoke media centers, electric fireplace surrounds, and built-ins for luxury residential homes throughout the Greater Austin area. Every piece is designed and built specifically for your space.
